Meg started Crossfit back in 2012 and felt she had finally found a way to make fitness a way of life rather than a chore.

Meg has worked in the Corporate world for over ten years and still does so part time. Meg found that her love of coaching leaders could be combined with her love of fitness, leading Meg to become a Personal Trainer and Coach. Meg’s passion is in helping people make improvements to find that next level and be the best version of themselves.
