Jen teaches Yin, Vinyasa and Kids yoga and has been practising for 20 years.
Jen was drawn to Yoga to alleviate a shoulder injury and help balance a stressful corporate life. She has practised a number of different forms of yoga and eventually decided to become a yoga teacher.
Yoga is a great compliment to other forms of dynamic exercise. It teaches you to listen to your body and provides a calming space. Yin, in particular, increases mobility especially in the hips and joints.
Jen is a down-to-earth teacher who provides an encouraging environment for those starting out (or who may just want to give it a try) as well as for more experienced practitioners.
