Bootcamp consists mainly of outdoor running with a touch of body weight and core exercises. For those that prefer training outdoors then this is for you. This class targets all areas of the body but there is more emphasise on the thighs, legs and butt, with the bi-product being a flatter and more tone stomach and abdomen region. We rate this class as high as CrossFit and we encourage all our members to do both if they want peak fitness.
